PRODUCTION TIME
Willy Morris Home Emporium is a Print on Demand eCommerce online store. I utilise this retail model, to offer you the most comprehensive selection of beautiful and unique Arts & Crafts aesthetic and William Morris heritage inspired home decor products. All items in store are classic superior quality with high resolution printing in traditional patterns and authentic colours. Each piece is printed to order especially for you within seven days with secure checkout and fast delivery via DHL International. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on where they are produced and fulfilled (USA or Europe). This means your pieces might arrive in different packages and at slightly different times. I truly value craftsmanship, sustainability and thoughtful design for meaningful timeless home decor.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that all orders are submitted into production with the Print Production Partner 12 hours after being placed. As such, cancellations cannot be accepted once this 12-hour window has passed. Should a customer insist on cancelling their order and a refund after this time, a 25% production fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@willymorrishomeemporium.com or call me at +61 405 685 750
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. info@willymorrishomeemporium.com
DELAYED
However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 14 business days.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. If you have ordered multiple items each item will have an individual tracking number and different delivery dates.
Parcels Damaged In Transit If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.
