We provide shipping services within Australia only.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:

Transit time is 2-8 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Handling time is 0-1 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery Terms: We use DHL & Australia Post to deliver the product.

SHIPPING COST AND TAX:

Shipping charges - We offer Free Shipping 
All prices and figures are listed in AUD dollars.
We Do Not Charge Any Membership

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at (Support mail) or Call Us at (Phone Number)

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.(Support Mail)

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. (Support Mail)

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received:

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at info@willymorrishomeemporium.com.
