Delivery Terms: We use DHL & Australia Post to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at (Support mail) or Call Us at (Phone Number)

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.(Support Mail)

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. (Support Mail)

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.
